    Position: AI Developer

    We are looking for a skilled and innovative AI Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions.

    Client: leading incubator and accelerator in the Web3 space.

    Goal of this role: this role will focus on automating processes within various departments, starting with HR, to enhance efficiency, transparency, and scalability.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms based on business needs.
    • Develop and maintain Python-based applications.
    • Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
    • Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
    • Implement robust security measures and data protection protocols.
    • Demonstrate deep expertise with AI frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, and LlamaIndex.
    • Exhibit strong Python programming skills.
    • Work with large language models (LLMs).
    • Apply knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) approaches.
    • Collaborate with the team to integrate AI solutions into applications.
    • Train, test, and optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
    • Research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
    • Ensure model interpretability, fairness, and compliance with ethical AI standards.

    Qualifications, Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
    • Advanced Python programming expertise.
    • Experience with Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
    • Solid database management skills.
    • Proven track record in API development.
    • Deep expertise with AI frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, and LlamaIndex.
    • Strong Python programming skills (reiterated for emphasis).
    • Experience working with large language models (LLMs).
    • Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) approaches.
    • Proven experience as an AI Developer.
    • Experience working with data processing tools.
    • Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, neural networks, and deep learning concepts.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
